Therefore, we partner with two of Vietnam's leading and most reputable shipping providers—Giao Hàng Nhanh (GHN) and Viettel Post—to deliver products straight to your doorstep, no matter where you are.

1. Strategic Shipping Partners

When placing an order, you have the flexibility to choose either provider based on your time and cost requirements:

Giao Hàng Nhanh (GHN)

Strengths: Exceptional delivery speed in major cities and inner-city/intra-provincial areas. Real-time order status updates with extreme accuracy.
Best suited for: Customers who need urgent delivery and orders located in central districts of provinces and cities.

Viettel Post

Strengths: A vast postal network spanning all 63 provinces and cities, reaching deep into remote, border, and island regions. Excellent capacity and safety for transporting large parcels and bulky agricultural products.
Best suited for: Customers in rural districts, communes, villages, or orders with large dimensions/weights.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time is calculated from the moment [Platform/Brand Name] successfully confirms the order and hands it over to the shipping partner:

Note: Delivery times may be extended beyond expectations during force majeure events such as natural disasters, floods, epidemics, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipping Fees

Fixed or Weight-Based Fees: Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the system based on the weight/dimensions of the package and the geographical distance from our warehouse to your delivery address.
Transparent Display: Rates for both GHN and Viettel Post are clearly displayed on the "Checkout" page for easy comparison and selection.
Freeship Policy: Free nationwide shipping for orders valued at [Amount, e.g., 500,000 VND] or more.

4. Package Inspection Policy (Co-Inspection)

To maximize customer rights and protection:

We encourage you to inspect the exterior of the package (tracking number, tape condition, sealed box) before signing for receipt with the GHN or Viettel Post shipper.
If you discover that the box is dented, torn, or shows signs of prior tampering, you have the right to refuse deliveryand immediately contact our hotline for assistance.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, the system will send a Tracking Number via Email/SMS or update it directly in the Order History section of your account.

You can easily check your order route by:

For GHN: Enter the tracking number on the website ghn.vn or the GHN app.
For Viettel Post: Enter the tracking number on the website viettelpost.com.vn or the Viettel Post app.

6. Handling Unsuccessful Deliveries

In the event that the shipper attempts contact but you are unavailable to receive the order:

Both GHN and Viettel Post support up to 3 re-delivery attempts within 3 consecutive days (free of charge).
After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will automatically be returned to our warehouse. If you still wish to receive the items, please pay the shipping fee for the subsequent delivery attempt.
