K-REWARDS POINTS POLICY

(Applicable to all customers shopping on www.kcoffee.vn)

To show our appreciation for your support, K Coffee is pleased to introduce the K-Rewards Program. This program offers exclusive shopping privileges, optimizes your expenses, and enhances your shopping experience through our linked partner ecosystem.

I. REWARD POINTS ACCUMULATION MECHANISM

All successful transactions made on the website www.kcoffee.vn (or the K Coffee app) will be automatically recorded by the system and converted into Reward Points (K-Point) according to the following formula:

EARNING FORMULA:

1. How to earn points:

• Purchase Accumulation: For every 10,000 VND spent, you will earn 1 point. Example: A purchase of 100,000 VND earns you 10 points.
• Program Participation: You can also participate in programs such as Affiliate or Referral links to earn additional points, which can be redeemed for future purchases on the Kcoffee system.

2. Redemption for purchases or rewards:

• 1 point is equivalent to 250 VND applied directly to your total order value. Example: If an item is priced at 100,000 VND and you have 100 points (equivalent to $100\times 250=25,000\text{ VND}$), your points will be deducted, leaving the final order amount at 75,000 VND.

Notes:

• The order value used for calculating points is the actual amount paid by the customer (after applying discounts, vouchers, or promo codes, and excluding shipping fees).
• Fractional amounts under 10,000 VND will not be rounded up or carried over to the next order.
• Reward points will be credited to your account immediately after the order status changes to "Delivered successfully".

II. REDEMPTION AND USAGE REGULATIONS

Accumulated reward points (K-Point) hold a cash-equivalent value when used within the K Coffee ecosystem based on the conversion rate:

You can flexibly use your K-Points for the following purposes:

1. Direct deduction on order invoice

When checking out on www.kcoffee.vn, you can opt to use your available points to apply a direct discount to your total bill.

• Example: If you have 500 K-Points, the system will convert them accordingly to deduct from your total invoice.

2. Reward redemption at the K-Rewards Gift Store

You can redeem your points for special products, thermos tumblers, limited-edition canvas bags, or promotional E-Vouchers that are continuously updated under the "Redeem Gifts" section.

3. Point exchange with Linked Partner Systems

K Coffee allows customers to convert or use K-Points for spending and redeeming services within Phuc Sinh's strategic partner ecosystem (including financial brands, travel, transportation, and affiliated platform partners detailed under the "Partner Ecosystem" section on the website).

• The point conversion rate for partner systems will adhere to specific policies per period and will be publicly announced.

III. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND POINT EXPIRATION

• Eligibility: All customers with a valid member account on www.kcoffee.vn.
• Point Expiration: K-Points accumulated during the current year will remain valid until December 31st of that year (or may be extended up to March 31st of the following year depending on written announcements from K Coffee). Unused points beyond the specified period will automatically expire.
• Point Management: Customers can check their current point balance, earning history, and spending history under "My Account" $\to$ "K-Rewards" on the website.
• Legal Notice: Reward points cannot be directly converted into cash and are non-transferable between different customer accounts within the K Coffee system.
• K Coffee reserves the right to modify, supplement, or adjust the terms of this policy based on business strategies, with a minimum 15-day prior notice posted on the official website.
